SACRAMENTO (CBS13) - Police set up a perimeter near a SWAT standoff near Arden Way and Markston Road.
Sheriff's SWAT team members are at residence in Sacramento where a man accused of trying to shoot a police officer is inside and refusing to come out.
Deputies went to the residence on Markston Rd. and Arden Wy. Wednesday to arrest Anthony Alvarez, the man accused of trying to shoot a police officer in Concord. When they arrived, the suspect refused to come out; and said that if he does come out, he'll come out shooting.
